Our German school system is pretty bad, although its praised in the US, I heard. But that just means, the public schools in the US are even worse.

I have in Switzerland now 3 years English, can however as well as nothing. The school is here also not straight so good

But that just means, the public schools in the US are even worse.oh the scholl system is nok, better then is some other countrys, the bad thing ist that in germany in every Federal state the system is different. Thats not easy for the people with moves from one state into the other.

Hello.

I now the Beepworld English Forum a long time, but i can't speak English very well. Here in Switzerland is the school-system (i think so) very well, but the once mistake is the English subject. I Am in the eigth class and i've English since one and a half years English (in the school as subject). So, what can i say? I hope, i will learn more the English language, because English is a very nice language which can a lot of people speak, and it's a very easy language, easier than French... and our language: German :D

hi, i'm learning english for 5 years in baden württemberg and i want to improove my english every day. my big wish is it, to speak english perfectly but i think that it needs a lot of time. when i'm older, i want to move to america because it's my favourite land and i prefer living in america than living here in germany..i'd like to speak english with other people, with my mum for example but she doesn't want it so i cannot speak english outside the computer. at the moment, english is the language i use most when i'm online and it makes a lot of fun. my dvd's and films are all watched in english, sometimes my family think i'm stupid but i don't think so.

if there is someone from a english-speaking country who wants to contact me, you really can do it, don't be shy! ;) just write a pm and i'll answer it.

There is only one way to become perfect in English and that is: SPEAK,SPEAK,SPEAK... Best Thing you can do is reading a lot of English books... also try to find someone you can talk to in english. Watch english movies as well as try to get everything you buy in english: Manuals, aso.

Hm, one tip. beep.COM is a comunity for all languages of this word and so its not really bad if you cant speak/write english as good as english people. Cause we want a united and lovely comunity without rassism(?) thinking about other cultures :S Bah, my english is bad too, but i hope you understand, what i'm trying to say ._.

Riddl3r true its a community for all languages, but primary language is english... and everybody wants to understand what the other is writing, so the english has to be on an optimum level.

One important question. What if, when here is Somebody who cant write / understand english? Maybe Beepworld could open some little "subforen" in there People who cant write english, write their Problems and some other people with more knowledge/experience could help/translate there :)
