Urgent help needed

I posted this before, but I didn't get any good or usefull help at all.

I once did a mistake, while typing "<!--" into my HTML Editor, I pressed submit, and some weird stuff came when I tried to edit it again. "<!--" is the invisible comment tag, so it did something quite bad to it. No more save changes button. Now I need to change my Mainpage, but I can't. I looked it up myself, (I Know some HTML) and have tried to save the whole source code to my computer. I did it. Then I took away the <!-- tag and it looked like it would work again. It didn't. Because the "a href" tags are set on (e.g.) <a href='./test/page.php'> I can't do that on my computer. I tried to put all those tags with http://beepworld.de in front, but it didn't helped. I tried with beep.com , but nothing changed.
If the admin could please just delete 4 symbols of that page, the problem would be solved.
SO please, I need to update my homepage.

So if someone (an admin) could pm me, I'll pm him the HTML source code.

I really need it soonly. Please.
