A web site is probably not what you need, unless you want to reveal the guests your password, so they can login your memberarea and enter text and pictures, just as you can do it.
If I understand you right, you rather need the functionality of a web log. Open your own beeplog www.beeplog.com and let your guests comment your psotings or employ them as co authors in your blog.
