Impossible to upload pages anymore with NWP package

Hi,
I can not upload files anymore to my webpage http://www.beep.com/memberdateien/members98/centreurope/

It does not work, whether by ftp or with the file administration menu.
My ftp account is:

host: ftp.beep.com
l: "username"
p: "password"

My webspace is almost empty (5000 Ko free).

Please help
