Whenever you think about posting you should first think about the fact that English is not the same as German!
I've learned German at school for 3 years and I know the German "oder" at the end of the sentence is translated with "isn't it" etc.

learning by doing... well... its kinda true... the more you speak and read the english the more you become acquainted with the language... so this message board is just at its beginning, and I think its very nice that so many german people are on here, and at least trying to do their best... But I also hope that I will meet some Brits as well as Americans here...

Ummm... Of course learning by doing is really important and also very easy but I don't think this board would help to improve your English because you read really bad English...
