THE DESIGN PROCESS
• Music is selected and edited to the desired length of the program.
• Music is downloaded into our computer and notations are marked for each shell burst, special effects and type of shell to be used are determined.
• Each shell is assigned a number (addressed) per the firing sequence and pulled from our extensive inventory.
• Electronic Igniters are installed on each shell on site and each shell is inserted into a mortar tube and plugged into the proper module corresponding with its firing sequence number.
• The program is downloaded into the field controller computer that communicates with the "on-site" computer that fires the show.

1 CONDITIONS ARE ALL SITES MUST BE APPROVED BY PEI PYRO F/X AND FIRE MARSHALL OR FIRE CHEIF OF DISTRICT
2 CLIENTS MUST FILLOUT A WAVIER FORM AND SIGNATURE REQUIRED B4 ANY SHOWS CAN BE SET OFF AND SET UP.
3 ALL PERSONEL THAT ARE INVOLVED WITH EVENT MUST HAVE SAFETY MEETING WITH FIREWORK SUPERVISIOR AND ALL MAIN EVENT STAFF THAT ARE INVOVLED.
4 IF FIREWORKS SUPERVISOR DOES NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE SHOOTING SHOW DUE TO WEATHER,ACT OF MOTHER NATURE,PEOPLE IN DANGERZONE OR HAS ANY INJURY will STOP SHOW.
5 THE FOLLOWING BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE 2 WEEEKS PRIOR FOR WEDDINGS, BIRTHDAYS,SPECIAL OCCASIONS.
6 ALL COMMMUNITY EVENTS THAT INCLUDE FIREWORKS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: PROOF OF INSURANCE, SITE ALLOCATED THAT IS APPROVED BY THE COMMUNITY,TOWN HALL., FIRE CHEIF AND A REP FROM PEI PYRO FX WITH WRITTEN PROOF OF OWNERSHIP, THE SITE SHOULD BE APPROVED FOR DISTANCE AND SAFE ZONES FOR ANY DEBRIS AND CROWD CONTROL, PLEASE INCLUDE PEI PYRO F/X IN SOME OF YOUR MEETINGS WHEN EVENT PLANNERS ARE CONSIDERING FIREWORK DISPLAYS. PRIOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS BEFORE EVENT IS TO DATE.
7 ALL CONDITIONS ARE IN CONTRACT AND CLIENT WILL HAVE COPY OF CONTRACT
8 ALL SHOWS MUST BE PAID 50% UPON SIGNING OF CONTRACT THE OTHER 50% ONE WEEK BEFORE SHOW !
9 ALL CLIENTS MUST SIGN A RELEASE FORM PRIOR TO FULL PAYMENT OF DISPLAY.

ALL AREAS MUST BE INSPECTED BY PEI PYRO FX OR FIRE MARSHALL BUILDING MANGER AND/OR OWNER SHOULD BE PRESENT UPON INSPECTION OF SITE.
