when you go 2 bloonsworld and you decide you want 2 make a level go 2 the home page and click on build bloons...then type in wat it asks you...then when you're done go back 2 home and click on build bloons again...then you'll be able 2 make a level! (oh...dont be afraid 2 rate my level!)
