Both myself Steve and my wife Lynsey are Registered Ofsted Childminders.
Lynsey also works as a Registered Nurse.
We have a two sons one aged eleven year's and one aged two years, who both enjoy playing/mixing with other children of various age's, and who are also very happy to share their family home in return for plenty of fun!!
We aim to provide and maintain a safe and healthy environment for your child/children at all times
We firmly believe in inclusion and every effort will be made to accommodate any needs your child/children have
We provide our service from 06:30hours until 18:00 hours every weekday
We will work weekends, bank holidays and overnight at an enhanced rate
Our School runs are: Cavendish Primary School
Gillshill Primary School
Pelican Day Nursery
And sometimes can accomadate drop offs/collections from other local schools/nurserys - please just ask?
And we also care for children who attend Malet Lambert High School.

WE ARE ALSO ACCREDITED SO CAN PROVIDE UP TO 15 HOURS PER WEEK OF FUNDED EDUCATION PLACES FOR CHILDREN AGED THREE AND FOUR YEARS, YOUR CHILD CAN ATTEND THE FULL 15 HOURS WITH US OR THE HOURS CAN BE DIVIDED BETWEEN US AND ANOTHER NURSERY/PRE-SCHOOL
We are very proud to have the Roy Castle Gold Award as our home is a complete NO SMOKING environment even when no childminded children are present.

Childrens Quality Care
We both hold certificates for Childrens First Aid and Child Protection Training and also Food Hygiene
and keep these updated
We are both have a Diploma In Home Based Child Care
We also both attend regular conferences/training sessions and meetings regarding childrens development, early years education and anything that is beneficial to the care of all children
There will always be something for your child to do/be involved in whilst in our care no matter how old they are, from drawing, painting, reading, craft work, roleplaying, visits to parks and local areas of interest as well as many planned days out and events.

We have lots of wonderful toys/resources and bikes and trikes and scooters that help us be inclusive for all children including a wonderful basketball area with two hoops one low and one high and also have a wonderful outside water play tap that can be used by all children including children in prams or wheelchairs !
