I do recommend using a secondary email address for this type of program because you will receive alot of email and it is easier to keep them separate from your personal email messages. Pinecone Research is by far my best paying survey site! They pay $5 for each and every survey you qualify for - I usually make anywhere from $5 to $15 each month with them. They only accept new sign-ups through specific links found in banner ads scattered on the internet, however they sometimes allow current members to refer people fitting specific demographics which they need.
