Bolams Mill, Dispensary Street, Alnwick, Northumberland (opposite
Morrisons supermarket), in April, 2006. The building now housing
the Bric a Brac Shop -- Second hand shop will be converted into a
private house. |

| The buildings to the left of the Bric a Brac Shop when
facing the shop from the front, known as Bolams Mill, housing Mill
Studios and The Chinese Boxing Gymnasium will be converted into
apartments. The driveway and tarmac covered area between Bolams
Mill and The Maltings Tower will be The Garden Area. |

| The four storied building behind the Bric a Brac Shop --
second hand shop known as The Maltings Tower, housing Border
Cordage and Tagish computer experts, and formerly housing the New
Life Church and a joiners shop, will be converted into
apartments. |

| The large building to the right of the Bric a Brac Shop
-- second hand shop -- when facing the shop from the front, known
as The Maltings will be completely demolished and a new building
will be built on the footprint of the demolished Maltings
building. |

| This new building will contain apartments. This new
building will be taller than the old Maltings building. When the
scheme is finished the new building on the Maltings footprint
will look similar in appearance to the old Maltings
building. |
