J9 Badminton Club is based at the Meadowside Leisure Centre. Whiteley. PO15 7LJ, Hampshire,
just off Junction 9 of the M27 (follow the signs for Meadowside Leisure Centre).

Club night is Monday between 8 and 10pm. Three courts for two hours. We use feather shuttles.
Matches are played on Sunday mornings from 11am to 2pm.

The General Committee consists of seven posts, Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer,
Match Secretary, Club Captain and GC member.
All positions are selected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

A Selection Committee, voted for at the AGM, meet at the beginning of the Winter season to select players after collection of the membership forms.

Membership fees
£90     Winter Season (Sep 2009 - Apr 2010)
£44     Summer Season (May - August 2010) tbc at the start of the summer season..

(New season fees to be set at the 2010 AGM).

We are affiliated to BADMINTON England, the sport's governing body in England.

Visitors are welcome to attend for 3 club nights before a decision of membership is necessary.
Guest fees per night are £4.50.
