Recruit 5 people within 3 campaigns and recieve a £150.00 bonus from Avon! Make it 15 people (an 2 downline sales leaders) within the next 3 campaigns and recieve another £200.00 bonus from Avon! There is an inital fee of £25.00 but you will recieve commission on all of you representatives orders over £30 (as long as you have 5 people in your team). Commission levels range from 3% to 12% so the bigger and better your team the more you will earn!
